Nomination Forms and Guidelines

As part of its National Conference, OJJDP will recognize the extraordinary efforts of individuals, organizations, and agencies that contributed significantly to the improvement of the juvenile justice system during the prior calendar year. At its 2011 conference, OJJDP will make awards in the following categories:

These forms contain complete information about each award, including eligibility requirements, nomination forms, and selection criteria. OJJDP must receive all nominations by August 29, 2011. Direct questions regarding each award to the OJJDP staff listed within each nomination packet.
