Defines intergenerational programs and explains how youth can work with and assist senior citizens in their communities. This Youth in Action Bulletin also describes the benefits of youth- senior programs (such as strengthening ties to the community and helping dispel stereotypes) and supplies tips on how youth can evaluate these programs. The Bulletin lists organizations that youth may contact for additional information on working with seniors. The Bulletin's writing and format are geared to youth.
