Reports on the Title V Community Prevention Grants program, which provides funds to help communities develop and implement delinquency prevention programs. This report provides examples of the creative types of programs that local jurisdictions have supported through their Title V funding, summarizes OJJDPs Title V training and technical assistance efforts during the reporting period, and details enhancements that OJJDP introduced to its online Model Programs Guide. It also describes the results and analyses of the performance measurement data for the Community Prevention Grants program.
