The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention continually seeks to expand the DSO Best Practices Database by adding new strategies that are effective in reducing and preventing the institutionalization of status offenders. To this end, OJJDP is inviting nominations of strategies and programs believed to be effective responses to the DSO Core Requirement. All nominations received will be reviewed by OJJDP for potential inclusion in the database.

The DSO Best Practices Nomination Form may be accessed at DSO Program Nomination Form . The form gives examples of the kind of evaluation data that OJJDP needs to consider a program for inclusion.
