Justice Resource Update Addresses Youth Violence Prevention

Justice Resource Update

The Office of Justice Programs has released the April 2011 issue of its Justice Resource Update newsletter.

The latest issue discusses the U.S. Department of Justice's efforts to prevent youth violence, including the recent Summit on Preventing Youth Violence.

Other articles discuss the revised proposal for Race to the Top-style funding in the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in FY 2012, two new awards for sexual assault kits research, an online toolkit to help communities develop or improve sexual assault response teams, and upcoming conferences and other events.
