Education Department Seeks Proposals for 2012 National Transition Conference

The U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services is seeking proposals for its 2012 National Transition Conference: College and Careers for Youth With Disabilities. This Conference will be held May 30 June 1, 2012 in Washington, DC.
Proposals for presentations and posters should align with the conference's six theme tracks:
- Employment
- Family engagement
- Partnerships that support successful transitions, including youth in the juvenile justice system
- Program and policy development and implementation
- Secondary and postsecondary education
- Youth development
All proposals must be submitted online by March 27, 2012.
