Education Department Seeks Proposals for 2012 National Transition Conference

The U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services is seeking proposals for its 2012 National Transition Conference: College and Careers for Youth With Disabilities. This Conference will be held May 30 – June 1, 2012 in Washington, DC.
Proposals for presentations and posters should align with the conference's six theme tracks:
- Employment
- Family engagement
- Partnerships that support successful transitions, including youth in the juvenile justice system
- Program and policy development and implementation
- Secondary and postsecondary education
- Youth development
All proposals must be submitted online by March 27, 2012.
