The Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) serves as the Council's Vice Chair. The quarterly meetings take place in Washington, DC, and sessions are open to the public. This meeting is from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
