This workshop is a highly specialized walk-through for using NCSE’s TRAIN database. TRAIN is designed primarily to evaluate truancy reduction programs (TRPs), but it also serves as an effective case management tool. It will be of interest to TRP representatives who want to investigate ways to track the progress of their students and meet funders’ evaluation requirements. There is a subscription fee for the database, but subscription is not required for this workshop.
Note: Unless the attendee has a thorough background in research and evaluation methods, another workshop in this series ("Are We There Yet?", which is taking place on 3/21) is a prerequisite. |
