- For all racial groups, juvenile arrest rates for vandalism increased from the early 1980s and into the 1990s. Rates peaked earlier for blacks (1991) than for whites and Asians (1994) and American Indians (1995).
- For all racial groups, rates in 2010 were at their lowest level of the 31-year-period.
