- Compared to the victims of other non-fatal violent offenses committed by juvenile offenders, a disproportionate number of sexual assault victims were younger than age 10 (47%) and relatively large numbers were ages 3 to 5 (20%).
- Among those victimized in violent crimes committed by juvenile offenders, approximately 9% were victims of sexual assault.
