A partnership between the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) and Street Law, Inc., funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, TCC sponsors community service projects and provides a forum for youth to take a stand against violence and help improve their schools and communities. This Youth in Action Fact sheet presents examples of TCC programs that have had a powerful effect on participants and explains how youth can start TCC programs in their own schools and communities.
