Guidelines based on evidence-based practices help direct the roles of community supervision professionals who work with underage drinkers. This bulletin offers such 10 such guidelines to help professionals develop a plan for screening youth, determine appropriate responses, create a case plan, and provide treatment. The bulletin is part of OJJDP’s underage drinking bulletin series, which highlights the dangers of underage drinking and offers guidance to communities developing treatment and prevention programs.
