Describes OJJDP’s activities and accomplishments during fiscal year 2011. The report details OJJDP’s activities to reform school discipline practices, address youth gangs, support mentoring activities, enforce underage drinking laws, facilitate reentry efforts, improve conditions for tribal youth, reduce children’s exposure to violence, intervene in and prevent girls’ delinquency, prevent bullying, strengthen the juvenile justice system, enhance public safety and law enforcement, and fight child exploitation. The report concludes with an overview of the agency’s information dissemination activities.
