Presents the findings from an independent evaluation of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention's (OJJDP's) Gang Reduction Program—a comprehensive, multifaceted approach to gang reduction. Researchers from the Urban Institute evaluated the impact of the program on gang-related crime in Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; North Miami Beach, FL; and Richmond, VA. The evaluation focused on program implementation and outcomes in each of the target sites.
