The Council of State Governments Justice Center
This resource provides findings from a survey of juvenile correctional agencies in all 50 states on the extent to which they provide incarcerated youth access to educational and vocational services. Also captured in the brief are recommendations that local and state policymakers, along with advocates, can use to improve college and career readiness for youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
