This report presents findings from an evaluation of the Juvenile Drug Courts/Reclaiming Futures initiative. Five sites that received funding under this initiative were included in the evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation was to review the combined effects of the Juvenile Drug Courts and Reclaiming Futures models to identify the factors, elements, and services that perform best with respect to system and client outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
