OJJDP Announces Funding for National Center for Building Community Trust and Justice

Funding AnnouncementOJJDP has announced the fiscal year 2014 National Center for Building Community Trust and Justice: Improving the Justice System by Enhancing Procedural Justice, Reducing Bias, and Supporting Racial Reconciliation funding opportunity. This initiative involves multiple activities, including managing pilot sites; establishing an information clearinghouse; conducting research; translating research for practitioner audiences; and developing strategies to further the public discourse about procedural justice, reducing bias, and supporting racial reconciliation as a means to build community trust. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 18, 2014.
