OJJDP Mentoring Workshop To Stream Live

National Mentoring Summit: Expanding the Mentoring EffectOn January 30, 2015, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET, a live stream will be available for the workshop “Effective Program Practices in Mentoring Programs Serving At-Risk Youth” at the 2015 National Mentoring Summit. This workshop will highlight research, programs, and practices conducted under OJJDP's Mentoring Best Practices Research initiative. OJJDP Social Science Analyst Jennifer Tyson along with the current grantee innovation Research and Training will be the featured panelists. The summit, hosted by MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, will be held on January 28-30, 2015, in Washington, DC. Workshop sessions will focus on expanding quality mentoring opportunities and fostering positive youth outcomes.
