Webinar To Discuss Internet-Facilitated Sexual Offending

April 17, 2015

On April 20, 2015, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. ET, the Office of Justice Programs’ Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) and the National Criminal Justice Association will present “Internet Facilitated Sexual Offending” This webinar will focus on research on the motivations and other psychological characteristics of Internet offenders, differences between child pornography and solicitation offenders, history of contact offending, risk of recidivism, and an overview of intervention models. This is the second webinar based on the SMART Office's Sex Offender Management Assessment and Planning Initiative report.
