OJJDP Announces Youth Mentoring Initiative Funding and Review Webinar

OJJDP has announced the following fiscal year (FY) 2016 funding opportunity and review webinar:

  • Mentoring Opportunities for Youth Initiative. This solicitation supports applicant organizations as they strengthen and/or expand their existing mentoring activities with active chapters or subawardees and/or other mentoring organizations. Applications are due by May 2, 2016.

On March 15, 2016, at 1 p.m. ET, OJJDP’s National Training and Technical Assistance Center will present “FY 2016 Mentoring Opportunities for Youth Initiative.” This 1-hour webinar will provide an overview of this solicitation. Presenters will highlight key eligibility and solicitation requirements, identify tools and resources for applicants to facilitate the application process, and provide an opportunity for applicants to ask questions.
