OJJDP’s Model Programs Guide (MPG), an online resource of evidence-based juvenile justice and youth prevention, intervention, and reentry programs, has launched iGuides (Implementation Guides). The new iGuides provide users with 10 steps they should take before they identify or implement an evidence-based program or practice. OJJDP, through a cooperative agreement with Development Services Group Inc., developed the 10 steps from research on implementation science and interviews and focus groups with practitioners who have implemented a program in the field. The first MPG iGuide is focused on the issue of school-based bullying.

On July 19, 2016, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. ET, OJJDP’s National Training and Technical Assistance Center will host “The Model Programs Guide iGuides.” This webinar will provide an overview of MPG, the development of the MPG iGuides, and how communities can use them to address problems.
