This webinar describes the benefits of holding post-match mentor trainings, and it also reviews strategies for creating these workshops, beginning with how to identify pertinent training topics.

In addition to exploring strategies for supervision and problem-solving, panelists will cover specific training techniques and exercises that can be used to help mentors build the skills needed to work with young people.

This webinar is part of the Collaborative Mentoring Webinar Series, which is supported by OJJDP's National Mentoring Resource Center and facilitated jointly with MENTOR.
