Bureau of Justice Statistics. Comprehensive access to statistics on crime, victimization, correctional and probation populations, and recidivism. Includes online versions of all BJS publications and a variety of data analysis tools.

FBI Uniform Crime Reports. National statistics on crime and victims from the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting Program. Each year, the UCR Program collects monthly counts of arrests from thousands of law enforcement agencies. County-level estimates of arrests, based on UCR data, are prepared by the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data and are available at https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/icpsrweb/content/NACJD/index.html.
