- Adults between the ages of 30 and 59 had higher Property Crime Index arrest rates in 2019 than in 1980.
- For all juvenile age groups, Property Crime Index arrest rates in 2019 were well below the levels in 1980. On average, Property Crime Index arrest rates for juveniles ages 15-17 fell 83% between 1980 and 2019.
