- The U.S. birth rate for teen mothers ages 15-17 fell 59% between 2011 and 2019.
- During this period, the birth rate for teen mothers ages 15-17 declined in every state, ranging from a decrease of 43% in South Dakota to a decrease of 70% in Oregon.
