- While the hour from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m on school days was the peak time for violent crime victimization of youth, the risk of victimization was also relatively high at 8 a.m. and noon on school and nonschool days. The risk of aggravated assault victimization followed a similar pattern.
- The temporal pattern of sexual assaults with juvenile victims followed a was similar school and nonschool days, marked by mealtime peaks on both days. Unlike the timing of aggravated assault, sexual assaults exhibit a noon peak.
