Drawing on work from the pilot project sites, this document discusses different approaches to workload analysis and provides tools for conducting analyses. Guide to Judicial Workload Assessment includes five appendixes: judicial time log worksheet and instructions, judicial workload activity code sheet, and a court observation tool and instructions.
