This resource, a component of the International Association of Chiefs of Police's Improving Law Enforcement Responses to Youth Training and Technical Assistance Program, seeks to assist law enforcement agencies assessing their current state of policy and practice in prevention and response strategies to reduce youth crime, delinquency, and victimization. Upon completion, agencies may discover opportunities to implement new strategies and/or identify areas that can be fine-tuned and polished.
