This report summarizes the findings of a rigorous evaluation of the program, based on data gathered during 2013 and 2014. The evaluation provided insight into factors that lead to successful mentoring matches and best practices for mentor retention and satisfaction. This report outlines key findings including how adult mentors are more likely to have continuing relationships with their mentees and be equally balanced across genders.
